An opportunity for attendees to learn how to manage information assets and in turn, manage costs, risks and increase value. Candidates develop their knowledge on information classification, data structures, unstructured data objects, master data synchronisation, data integration, data labelling, semantic modelling, transformation, standardisation, cleansing, matching and information sharing.

The workshop introduces tools and techniques relating the theme to the customer's environment which includes hands on exercises.

Skills training to show how projects are formed and measured against business strategy and return on investment. It includes project approval techniques, planning, initiating, managing and control over deliverables, quality, costs, timescales and change.

Business Process Design

A workshop focused on the tools and techniques to analyse business processes, consider process value chains, improve design or redesign and harmonise processes. After completing this course, delegates will understand the process of analysis, specification, the progression from modelling to operational and systems design.

Information Architecture Workshop

An opportunity for Business Managers to understand techniques for matching existing information systems architecture to business requirements, information architecture design and presentation. This workshop focuses on service orientated architecture, information integrity and directory services. This is a business management workshop with reference to technology and not technical training.
