An opportunity for managers and their staff to develop their knowledge of how data quality issues pervade your organisation and increase bottom line costs before providing practical guidance on how to manage data and increase business returns. The group is taken through examples and exercises to develop their awareness and identify steps they need to take in their workplaces to improve data quality.
